Day 4.

Today was interesting to say the least. Emotions are starting to run high. I am seeing a clear line thats separating the families here. Religion was driving us apart. The constant bickering of Catholicism and Islam was driving me insane. In my opinion, religion can go fuck itself right about now. Sorry for the language but praying isn't going to drive away those zombies. Our only hope is to survive the best we can until help comes. Anyway, I simply reminded both families of the rules and told them if they couldn't agree I would get them running two consecutive guard duties in a row (that includes day and night). To my surprise they listened to me. You can still feel the tension but the shared fear of being eaten alive got them to work together.

We had an attack while we were siphoning gasoline from the cars. About 4 roamers spotted us and charged. We held our ground and shot. No one was hurt but the worst has yet to come. They are out there and they can hear our gunshots. Only time will tell when more of the start showing up.

I'm going to propose to my girlfriend of the past 5 years. I've loved her unconditionally since I've met her. I'm 19, yet I don't know if I'll last til my next birthday. She has been by my side through a god forsaken apocalypse and supported me through it. If I don't want to die knowing that I didn't marry her when I had the chance. If you could only see her. Her smile makes this situation worth fighting for. Her spirit drives me to lead my family and friends. Her toughness makes me stronger. Her love completes my life.

I'll have someone new writing in this tomorrow. I don't want to be the only one on here sharing my stories. I'll be back Friday or Saturday writing. As for tomorrow and Thursday, I'll have my best friend share his experience with this epidemic. This is Jeff signing out. We are still here. Costco in Irvine, CA 1234 Irvine Lane. If anyone is out there please message me and we will do what we can to help.
